  • Test plans for each phase will be developed in line with best practice and software development spec agreement, these will be monitored closely in RTI to ensure that risks are identified as soon as possible. 

  • End-to-end training materials will be developed to ensure teams and change leaders are prepared to support end users. Ensuring sustainability of expert level skills are retained.

  • Detailed Cutover and contingency plans will be in place with leads assigned to each area.

  • Assisted Project Support Phase and Exit Criteria with IT/Software support will be agreed  to ensure effective ticket flow incident management for go live, hypercare phase and handover.
